Qumble is a web application that is made entirely using Django - python's most popular framework for making full-stack web applications and is hosted on the Heroku platform. It's a Q&A site where anyone can ask their questions and get answers from users. Also, I have implemented simple authentication in this app so users can have their profile page which they can edit later on if they want. All the images and static files are loaded from amazon web services' s3 bucket so as the app scales all the image data is available to the application with speed and also to not increase the database size and I can have a more organized database to work with. This was a project which I did in my first year of college to explore Django and it was a great experience working with it, not to mention Django has pretty awesome documentation too. I learned a lot from this project about how Django works under the hood and about HTML forms.

Q&A app made using Django web framework in Python

Flitz is a web application made for athletes to track real-time data of their activity online. To be honest working on this project was very fun and challenging too at the same time as I was quite new to react and also this project required some understanding about maps API which I had not worked with before. So, I did some research and tried both Google Maps as well as Mapbox Maps and decided to go with Mapbox as it had was cheaper and was also easy to work with than Google maps. This web Application displays the full route user took while their activity either be it a simple walk or a long cycling track. Also, it calculates the total distance of your activity, maximum speed, average speed, moving time, and finally, there's a chart for analyzing speed at different points in time. I learned many things through this project one of them is designing in Figma I used Figma for making some basic designs but this time I decided to make the entire design of this project in Figma so this was one thing I mastered while working on this project which is designing in Figma. Also, this project uses Firebase's Realtime Database to store all the user data and Firebase's storage service for images & other stuff for this to work I have to design this app in such a way that only the URL of user images are stored in Realtime Database and not the actual image. This was a great project to work on and also very challenging and informative.

Speech To Rhymes - as the name suggests this app takes in your audio and gives you rhyming words instantly as you speak. This was one cool project that I was planning to work on and finally completed it a while ago. It might seem to be a simple project while starting as this project didn't have any database or other stuff like that but as I started working on it I realized it won't be that simple as I thought and the only reason for that is " to make this wok in browsers other than Chrome ". Chrome browser provides a built-in speech recognition API that is very accurate and fast too, so the application works blazingly fast in Chrome browser but for Firefox I had to implement some third-party speech recognition API which must be fast and can provide accurate results too. So, I decided after testing some popular speech recognition API's I decided to go with IBM Watson's speech recognition API. It's not as fast as the built-in Chrome's STT API but it's the best option available at the moment. I have also prepared a flow chart on how this web application works under the hood for you to understand it better. For this project, I have deployed the Nodejs server to the Heroku platform, and the frontend is deployed to Netlify.

WhatsApp dark theme Clone - Whats App web's clone application made using React and Firebase. It also includes Google authentication. It provides full chat functionality to the user in real-time. This was one good project to learn more about React & Firebase.
